Property Notes and Additional Information
To hold a reservation, we require one-half of the total as a deposit (paid through Paypal to woodsybear@gmail.com or by check). In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, this deposit will be refunded if if we can find a substitute renter for your selected rental days. The $400 deposit will be refunded to you when we have confirmed the condition of the home after your stay. If you have any further questions, please email me at woodsybear@gmail.com or call 408-259-1476. Cleaning Fee: $195 Tax: 10% Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our new guests.
